Youth Ministry

As children are important to God and to us, so are youth. Though not always so to parents and youth, adolescence is a wonderful time. Leaving childhood behind, youth grow in their personal identity. They discover new talents and skills. They begin to think more critically, questioning cultural assumptions, injustices, values, and, yes, even God (without being struck by lightning)! Passion begins to emerge - for something and, sometimes, for someone.

Ministry among youth is about building healthy relationships between the individual and Christ and among the children, youth, and adults of the community.
